Refund Policy

14-day satisfaction guarantee

We’re confident you’ll get value out of LaunchSpy. If you’re not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.

1. Free trial

New users may be offered a 7-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial unless we explicitly state otherwise. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your subscription begins at the plan you selected.

2. Cancellation at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. We do not penalize cancellations and we do not require you to talk to anyone to leave.

3. 14-day refund window

You are entitled to a full refund of your first paid subscription charge if you request it within 14 days of that charge. This window matches the European Union’s cooling-off right under Directive 2011/83/EU and we extend it to all users worldwide.

  • No justification required.
  • Refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Applies once per customer account.

4. Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day refund window, you keep access until the end of the paid period and we do not issue a pro-rata refund. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial charge, you receive a full refund. If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated and applied to the next invoice.

5. Subscription renewals

Subscription renewals (every monthly or annual cycle after the first) are not refundable. We send a renewal reminder by email before each annual renewal so you have time to cancel if you no longer need the Service.

6. Lifetime deals (LTD)

Lifetime deals purchased through partners such as AppSumo are eligible for the same 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime deals are non-refundable. Refunds for AppSumo-sourced LTDs are processed by AppSumo according to their own policy.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@launchspy.io from the address on your account.
  2. Include your account email and the order ID or last-4 digits of the card charged.
  3. Confirm that you are requesting a refund.

We reply within 24–48 hours. The refund itself appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

8. Exceptions

A refund will not be issued if:

  • the request is made more than 14 days after the first paid charge;
  • the account has been suspended for breach of our Terms of Service (scraping, abusive use, fraud, chargeback abuse);
  • a refund has already been issued to the same customer in the past;
  • the charge is a renewal of an existing subscription rather than the initial purchase.

9. Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@launchspy.io before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve almost all disputes informally and within hours. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your account being suspended pending review.

10. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory cooling-off and conformity rights regardless of this policy.
