Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free trial

New users may be offered a 7-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial unless we explicitly state otherwise. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your subscription begins at the plan you selected.

2. Cancellation at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. We do not penalize cancellations and we do not require you to talk to anyone to leave.

3. No voluntary refunds

Payments are not refundable once taken. The 7-day free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the product at no cost, and we send a reminder 48 hours before it ends. Section 8 lists the narrow cases where we do return money.

• Cancel before the end of the trial and no payment is ever taken.
• After a charge, access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Your statutory rights are untouched · see section 10.

4. Annual plans

Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the paid year; the remaining months are not refunded.

5. Subscription renewals

Renewals, monthly or annual, are not refundable. We email a renewal reminder before every charge so you can cancel in time.

6. Lifetime deals (LTD)

Lifetime deals bought through partners such as AppSumo follow that partner’s own policy and refund window, not this one. Contact the partner you bought from.

Cancellation is immediate and takes no phone call. We reply to billing emails within 24 to 48 hours.

8. When we do return money

Outside the statutory rights in section 10, we refund only when:

• you were charged twice for the same period;
• a technical fault on our side made the service unusable for a prolonged period;
• a charge was taken after a cancellation was already confirmed;
• the law of your country of residence requires it (see section 10).

9. Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@launchspy.io before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve almost all disputes informally and within hours. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your account being suspended pending review.

10. Statutory rights

This policy does not remove any right you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence. For anything of that nature, email support@launchspy.io.
