The free method, step by step
- 01List 10 offers that solve the same problem for the same person. Not 10 courses in your general topic · 10 offers competing for the same buyer.
- 02Record the real price, not the anchor. The crossed-out number is decoration; what matters is the number on the checkout page.
- 03Record the payment plan too. A $997 offer sold as 3 × $397 is a different product commercially, and the split tells you about their buyer.
- 04Note the order bumps and upsells. Two offers at the same headline price can differ by double once the back end is counted.
- 05Note the format behind the price · self-paced, cohort, group coaching, one to one. Delivery cost is what makes a price defensible.
- 06Sort your ten prices and look at the middle. That median is your anchor, not the cheapest and not the most expensive.
- 07Choose your position deliberately: below the median buys volume and refunds, above it demands proof you may not have yet.
Do this per country. The same offer routinely sells at very different prices in the US, France and Brazil, and copying a US price into a Brazilian funnel is how launches die.
